If the received item does not fit, you have 14 working days (Mon-Fri) to exchange it for another size or colour.

Please note, that all transport costs for the return are assumed by the customer.

Return and refund

VEINTISIETE has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund. Please note that item/s must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc). Worn items are not accepted for return/refund. 

Refunds are made within 7 days after receiving the product in the warehouse. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and are not refundable.
