Return and refund
VEINTISIETE has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund. Please note that item/s must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc). Worn items are not accepted for return/refund.
Refunds are made within 7 days after receiving the product in the warehouse. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and are not refundable.

How does exchange policy work?
All orders may be returned for a size exchange within 14 days of reception if they have not been washed or used and they retain the original labels.
